Stage 2: Quote

Once you receive the quote, you will be able to make an informed decision about the project and the extend of initial investment. Always look at the investment of a website as you would with any purchase of any product:

Will the return value of this website be worth the investment, either professionally or monetarily?

On accepting the quote a 25% deposit of the site is required before we can progress any further. Once this is received, we can start immediately on the Project Plan.

Stage 3: Project Plan

Working with you at this stage is essential. We will ensure your project is clearly laid out for you so you can understand your roll in the development and also understand the steps we will take to produce your website.

By the end of this step, you will have a clear idea of exactly what you need to provide us, and when you should expect to see your finished product.

Stage 4: Development

There are three key stages of development. The first is the graphical design of the site. We will provide you with no fewer than 3 designs to choose from – our interpretation gained from the Project Plan stage. At this point you will talk to us about which design suits you and your clients best. From here we gain feedback on any modifications you require to gain approval for the next stage of development. At this stage a further 50% of the quoted price is required.

The next process is setting up the domain, hosting and server installations. This just means, we get the site up and running in an administration mode (only accessible by our team of developers). We place a hold page up on the internet with your contact details, etc.

The final step in stage 4 is quality assurance testing by our qualified team and you or your staff. We take you through a one hour basic training session where we show you how to add content, edit content, the process of optimising your SEO (and what SEO means to Google!) and all the other important steps to success. This can be done over the phone or in person.

Stage 5: Site Launch

With a click of a button, you will launch your own site. It’s a simple thing, but worth every moment waiting, I guarantee! It’s a special moment for any business owner. The remaining 25% of payment is due.
